About Us

Terry and Ginny BridleTerry and Ginny’s marriage was truly a “match made in Heaven.” The transition from entertaining as solo performers in different parts of the world, to finding each other and merging their talents, abilities and experiences, was meant to be. While every step of their journey has had its own significance, every adventure (many of which have been chronicled in Terry’s book, A Funny Thing Happened On My Way to Heaven) has been preparatory for launching “My Generation Music.”

Terry and Ginny Bridle, The Way We Were“Smooth Jazz with Ginny” emerges out of Ginny’s life experience in husky resonance lined with silk. It is bringing enjoyment to all kinds of people in all kinds of circumstances. Good music, sung well in a classy style, can’t help but be enjoyed. Whether belting out Big Band classics or schmoozing in the dulcet tones of smooth jazz, Latin or Gospel, or leading worship in churches, Ginny delivers from the heart – because it’s obvious that she was born to sing. Her warm, bubbly personality is infectious. Within moments of being in her presence, people are smiling.

Rather than departing from those roots, she acknowledges them as the foundation for everything she does. While she shares her faith where it is appropriate to do so, her Smooth Jazz is often performed simply to entertain and uplift people of all ages and circumstances – but always with sheer professionalism.

Ginny Bridle, 80's photoNow that Terry and Ginny have transitioned from denial regarding their ‘belongingness’ as Zoomers, they’re thoroughly enjoying this chapter in their lives (despite the de rigueur aches and pains). Now they appreciate the information on their birth certificates as the golden authenticity that comes only with years of experience.  But for Terry and Ginny, it’s not about looking back over the fun and adventure of their incredibly exciting lives; it’s about living today and planning for how to contribute the most – tomorrow.
